• We are looking for Telemarketing Executive/Call Center Agent for our marketing team in our Dhaka office. For the position we are looking for Experienced Call Center Agent or Telemarketing personnel who will be able to do phone marketing in USA and Europe from Dhaka. We will prefer someone UK/USA born or someone with British/American accent. The work time is flexible (for part timer around 4 hours or can be more, depending on need) in a day, student with such criteria or someone from UK/USA (particularly ladies) can fit in the position.
• Telemarketing in USA and Europe, contact businesses or private individuals by phone;
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a service or develop a business relationship;
• Describe products and services, respond to questions;
• Obtain customer information and obtain possible customer leads;
• Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases; and follow up on initial contacts;
• Maintain records of telephonic interactions, analyze and pass to higher authority;
• Duty Hours: For Part timer 5PM to 9PM (Monday to Friday).
