Job Description

Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.

Motivate Existing Customer

Achieve Retention Target as per requirement.

Identify the Reason of Customer Dissatisfaction.

Ensure Maximum Number of Customer Retention through Customer Satisfaction by analyzing their need.

Time to time Update Customers about VAS service.

Ensures Customer loyalty management.

Good Coordination between Sales, Marketing & Technical Team.

Prepare Revenue & overall Retention report & Submit on regular basis.

Complain Analysis & ensure proper solution.

Collect Customers Complain & send to concern dept.

Problem solving approach & give feed back to customer within time limited.

Work on Social media strategies and follow these through, for instance, maintaining Facebook Fan Page with daily posts and follow up posts
