•  Responsible for Telecom site design of Civil and Electrical works including Tower structure, all foundations and allied works, managing design teams and controlling the process.

•  Responsible for managing design subcontractor to strictly comply with the Vendor/ASP as standard.

•  Responsible for site visits and coordination. Strictly maintain project time line with quality and able to provide instant CME feedback at the site.

•  Responsible for preparing and reviewing Technical Site Survey Reports, CME work standards to meet the requirements.

•  Knowledge of preparing and reviewing the BOQ and project technical proposal for civil/electrical works.

•  Able to take the immense stress, able to work with people from different cultures and willing to move all over the country as per project Demand.

•  Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study.

•  Minimum 4 years experience of Civil / Electrical Works design, Site Supervision, TSSR and PAT in telecom Field.

•  Able to work independently in a changing environment. Able to communicate efficiently in English.

•  Good knowledge in civil works and electrical works in Telecom field. Good management and communication skills.

•  Proficient in Designing Software, Auto CAD application and others.
