Over 6 month or 1 year hands on experience in web programming.

•  Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in web programming with Joomla CMS and PHP

•  Knowledge on Photoshop/ Flash

•  Should have skill on basic web technology like Ajax , HTML, CSS & JavaScript

•  Should have outstanding knowledge on database design and queries

•  Very good knowledge in CSS, XHTML, XML, AJAX , div based (table-less)

•  Excellent communication skill in English

•  Communication/ interpersonal skills to communicate proactively with overseas clients

•  Excellent reporting skills

•  Good knowledge in Web 2.0 technology

•  Very good knowledge in CSS, XHTML, XML, AJAX , div based (table-less) development.

•  Knowledge in Flash and Action Script

•  Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•  Must be a team player
