• Maintain & update MS Windows 2003/2008 and MS Exchange 2003/2007 Server.
• Maintain & update windows XP/ windows 7 professional.
• Maintain Print and File server.
• Ensure antivirus updates at server and desktop levels, back up on veritas on MS Windows 2003/ 2008 environment.
• Maintain & update hardware, software and LAN inventory list and system documentation.
• Network maintenance; monitor the LAN performance & troubleshooting.
• Identify and finalize third party vendors for break-fix and facility management.
• Maintain, track and control IT Inventory.
• Control misuse of desktops and IT facility on them.
• End user support, outlook, operating system installation, basic hardware maintenance & troubleshooting, Installation & Maintenance of software's used in a corporate office as well as factory location.
• Individual should require frequently move to depot area for IT supports.
