Designation:	Part Time Teacher - Child Labor Project
Duties of Job:	• To establish cordial, warm, close and faithful relationship with the employers of the children so that they allow the children to enroll in the Learning Centre within their working time through motivation. • To establish cordial, warm, close, affectionate and faithful relationship with the working children through individual and group counseling and motivation. • To establish a good relation with the community people for ensuring best support of the working children through motivation. • To ensure education class for the children regularly on the basis of lesson plan. • To visit homes of the children those who are living within a couple of kilometer from the working area and establish a good relation with the parents for ensuring best support of the working children through motivation. • To make children and other related people conscious about children`s rights and protection, hazardous form of Children`s Labour and its bad effect, Social rights, Socialization etc. • To create an atmosphere which encourages behavior and a real understanding of tolerance and equality between adults and children in all aspects of their lives. • To make frequent visit to the children`s working place, and ensure home visit. If any child absent two consecutive days in the Learning Centre, next day his factory and home if required visit is must for collect information about his absent. • To work for overall development of the selected working children like in matters of personal hygiene, their educational, attitudinal, behavioral development and recreation etc.

Academic Qualification:	• A mature outlook and deep commitment towards working with the working children and analysis the facts • Minimum Graduate • Fluency in written and oral Bangla
Experiential Qualification:	2 to 3 year(s)
Advance Qualification:	• Age 22 to 32 year(s) • To ensure regular health checkup by the Health Worker and first aid treatment to the children if required • Responsible for all day-to-day activities of the Learning Centre with the Motivator • To update children`s competency sheet, factory visit format, behavioral sheet, job-changing format in regular basis • To keep all kind of records as directed by the Line Manager • To prepare himself for undertaking the full responsibility of a Learning Centre in absence of the Teacher. • To keep Line Manager informed on all relevant matters
Remuneration:	• Teacher Consolidated Salary - 7000 • Part Time Teacher Salary - 2500
