To establish a good relation with the community people for ensuring best support of the working children through motivation.
To ensure education class for the children regularly on the basis of lesson plan.
To visit homes of the children those who are living within a couple of kilometer from the working area and establish a good relation with the parents for ensuring best support of the working children through motivation.
To make children and other related people conscious about children`s rights and protection, hazardous form of Children`s Labour and its bad effect, Social rights, Socialization etc.
To create an atmosphere which encourages behavior and a real understanding of tolerance and equality between adults and children in all aspects of their lives.
To make frequent visit to the children`s working place, and ensure home visit. If any child absent two consecutive days in the Learning Centre, next day his factory and home if required visit is must for collect information about his absent.
To work for overall development of the selected working children like in matters of personal hygiene, their educational, attitudinal, behavioral development and recreation etc.
