• Managing the warehouse facility and warehouse staff
• Monitoring the quality, quantity and efficiency of the movement and storage of good
• Control stock and maintain stock accuracy
• Planning future capacity requirements
• Keeping stock control systems up to date
• Arrange deliveries as required by project staff
• Check in site returns, re-using or returning for credit as appropriate
• Manage hire equipment & ensure it is fully compliant with regulations at all times
• Manage material transfers & record
• Comply with current health & safety procedure
• Ensure all electrical equipment where appropriate
• Continually improve & develop processes and procedures as appropriate
• Manage delivery vehicles, drivers and couriers
• Ensure company delivery vehicles are maintained as required
• Maintain discipline within the warehouse
