• Ensure appropriate site & technology selection and facilitate the quality installation/construction of the WatSan (water and sanitation) technologies.
• Conduct regular follow-up/supervision of the WatSan technologies, Village Sanitation Centre to ensure proper use, maintenance and required repairing
• Assist in conducting feasibility study for appropriate technology and innovation of WatSan technology considering different geo-hydrological condition and climate change context.
• Participate in tender processing, Scheme preparation, Tender Schedule & BoQ preparation, tender documents review & evaluation.
• Facilitate the technical training courses on WatSan technologies to be organized for NGO Forum's partners, PNGO staff, trainers, caretakers, mason and private sector.
• Facilitate regular water quality monitoring/testing in the laboratory of the installed/constructed water technologies; carry out water quality test using different field test kit and collect water sample for Lab Testing.
• Facilitate material quality testing specially pvc material and Tube Well accessories to the laboratories.
• Collect data from the partner NGOs and beneficiaries using periodical monitoring input sheets within the stipulated time.
• Ensure procurement, civil works maintenance of regional office and other logistic issues maintaining the exiting rules and regulation of NGO Forum.
• Keep liaison with community, LGI and other stakeholders on program issues.
