Duties of Job: |
• Develop different product oriented sales training modules and resource materials.
• Organize different training and development programs.
• Facilitate training sessions.
• Conduct training follow-up.
• Ensure proper communication with sales offices as and when needed.
• Establish and maintain cross communication network with other departments and arrange training program of Field Forces.

Academic Qualification: |
• MBA/ BBA/ PGDM/ Masters in Management/ Accounting/ Marketing
• Candidates having MBA in Marketing/ Management, MSS in any subject or MA in English from reputed private/ public universities with minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with good score in Tofel/IELTS will consider as added qualification
