Job Description

• Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
• Conducting Sales of Various underwritten projects (Upcoming Residential / Commercial).
• Co-coordinating with the interested Clients/Leads and converting them into sales.
• Submission of activity reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Reporting directly to the top management regarding sales.
• Co-ordinate with the top management with respect to new project tie-ups.
• Ensuring customer expectations are exceeded in terms of customer service standards in order to grow the loyalty of the customer base.
• Business Development, planning, Ensure to Meet the sales targets and Major Business Objectives.
• Work on Social media strategies and follow these through, for instance, maintaining Facebook Fan Page with daily posts and follow up posts
