Applicants who passed HSC exam with Biology are eligible to apply.

Applicant must have average GPA in (SSC+HSC) 6.00.

Physical status minimum: (1) height: 1.549 meter (5feet 1inch), (2) weight:39.92kg (88pound), (3) chase: normal minimum 0.66 meter (26inch), expanded: 0.71 meter(28inch) (4) Hearing: Normal (5) Eye 6/6 must be.

Marriage Status: Unmarried (Selected candidates must be unmarried before passed in Bachelor of Science in Nursing final exam).
