Apply Procedure:	Application will only be accepted in the prescribed form. The form will be available from the office of the BICH on all working days (9:30 AM to 1 PM) on payment of Tk.1500/-(non-refundable) by Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of “BANGLADESH INSTITUTE OF CHILD HEALTH, DHAKA”. Candidates in Govt., Semi Govt. or non Govt. service should route their applications through proper channel. Doctors in Government service will be eligible to apply only if they have completed at least two years in Govt. service. Govt. candidates should not be above 45 years of age.
Requirements:	Eligible to apply 18 months after graduation.
Required Documents:	1. Three copies of recent passport size photograph (Attested). 2. Original certificate in favor of present government service. 3. Attested Photocopy of SSC or equivalent containing the date of birth, MBBS certificate, Mark sheets of all professional MBB, BMDC permanent registration certificate, FCPS certificate (necessary for FCPS courses), Internship certificate, Residency training certificate (if any).
Special Note:	• No candidate will be allowed to enter into the examination hall without a valid admit card .Each candidate should carry black ball point pen-one, 2b pencil, sharpeners and erase at the written admission hall. • All candidates in service will be responsible for arranging Govt. deputation/leave. The institute authority will not be responsible for deputation or posting.
