Application form may be obtained directly from the office of the Medical College by depositing DD Tk. 1500/- (non refundable) (DD collect from Agrani Bank, Mymensingh Medical College Br to "Principal, Mymensingh Medical College, Mymensingh).

- Should have a completion of 2 (two) years after Graduation (MBBS/ equivalent)

- Govt. candidates should completed at least 2 (two) years of government service

- Non-government candidates should not be engaged in any service in training period

- Candidates already in any Post-graduate Course are not eligible to apply

- A candidate can apply for only one subject

- 50% will be seat reserved for Govt. candidates and 50% for Non Govt. Candidates.

- Age not over then 45 years

- UOC trained candidate will be eligible after 2 years completion the training
