Apply Procedure:

Application form is to be obtained by depositing Tk. 1000/- (one thousand) only (non refundable) from the office of the Director; The application along with the attested photocopies of all certificates, I copy of Bio-data & 3 copies of recent photograph should reach to the office of the Director, National Institute of Kidney Diseases and Urology.
Incomplete applications & Candidates providing inaccurate information whenever detected will be rejected.
A candidate must apply only in one subject.
Candidates should apply through proper channel.
The name of the selected Government candidate will be sent to the appropriate authority for further processing The institute authority will not be responsible for deputation.
The list of the eligible candidates will be published on the notice board of NIKDU & Admit card to be collected from the office of NIKDU during office hour.
Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall only with valid admit card. Mobile phone/Calculator will not be allowed in the examination hall.

Requirements:

For Part one:

Completion of 2 (two) years after graduation (MBBS or equivalent degree).
Applicants must have valid registration with BMDC.
The applicants should not be above 45 years age.

For Part three:

Candidate should have FCPS/MRCP/MD (Internal Medicine).
The degree must be recognized by BMDC.

Required Documents:

1. Three copies of recent passport size photograph (Attested).

2. Original certificate in favor of present government service.

3. Attested Photocopy of SSC or equivalent containing the date of birth, MBBS certificate, Mark sheets of all professional MBB, BMDC permanent registration certificate, FCPS certificate (necessary for FCPS courses), Internship certificate, Residency training certificate (if any).

Special Note:

• No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 10:15 a.m.

• No candidate will be allowed to enter into the examination hall without a valid admit card. Each candidate should carry black ball point pen-one, 2b pencil, sharpeners and erase at the written admission hall.

• All candidates in service will be responsible for arranging Govt. deputation/leave. The institute authority will not be responsible for deputation or posting.
