Requirements:

• The applicant must be Bangladeshi Citizen.

• Candidates who passed HSC or equivalent including Physics, Chemistry and Biology can apply.

• Must have total GPA at least 8.0 and individually minimum GPA of 3.5.

• For the hill districts area candidates must have min total GPA 7.0 in SSC and HSC or equivalent exam. Must have min GPA 3.0 in each of SSC and HSC or equivalent exam. All applicants must have GPA 3.0 in Biology in HSC.

• In O and A-level examination, candidates should submit equivalence certificate from Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of Bangladesh along with the application.

• Attach attested photocopy of all exam\'s mark sheets, certificates, testimonials,

• Nationality certificate issued by Paurasava Chairman, UP chairman, Ward Commissioner,

• 04 copy recent passport size photo,

• Freedom Fighters children & handicapped candidates apply with necessary documents.
