Requirements:

• Based on the result of Bangladesh Government Health Ministry admission test and merit score (for more information, contact to the authority)

• Students who have passed S.S.C and H.S.C. or equivalent qualifications with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as essential subjects.

• Having total GPA of at least 8.00 (Minimum requirement of GPA in S.S.C and H.S.C is 3.50)

• At least GPA 3.00 in Biology in H.S.C are eligible to apply for admission.

• GPA 9.00 is required only for the poor and meritorious students. (Minimum requirement of GPA in S.S.C and H.S.C is 4.50)

• Students from O-Level and A-Level and also other foreign eqivalent qualifications are eligible to apply for admission.

• Applicants should be citizens of Bangladesh.

• Attested copies of grade sheet of all examinations.

• Testimonial issued by the last Institution.

• Photocopy of admit card.
