Admission Test:	Contact to the authority Admission test will be in 100 marks (MCQ only) in Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka. Mobile phone/Calculator are not allowed in the examination hall.
Apply Procedure:	The application form is available by depositing Tk. 1500/- only in cash at the office of the principle, Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka. Eligible candidate will be issued an Admit Card for the written Admission Test. Admit cards are to be collected from the office of the undersigned during working hours. Candidate will be allowed to enter into the examination hall only with valid admit card. Candidates, provide incomplete application, false information (whenever detected) will be rejected. A candidate can apply for only one subject. The name of selected Govt, candidates will be sent to the appropriate authority for further processing. The college authority will not be responsible for deputation.
Requirements:	Complete 1 (one) Year after completion of Internship. Govt. candidates should complete 2 (two) years of government service. Application must have updated registration number from BMDC. Age of the applicants should not exceed 45 years. Candidates already doing any Post-graduate Course are not eligible to apply. Candidates who are in Govt. Service should apply through proper channel.
Required Documents:	Application: 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs (attested) Working certificate from the appropriate authority. Attested photocopies of following certificates: (i) SSC (ii) MBBS (iii) Updated BMDC Registration Certificate (iv) Govt. order of first posting (whenever necessary) (v) Joining report of first posting (vi) Original money receipt.
