Admission Form can be collected from the college office by paying Tk. 200/- in cash. Attested copies of the following documents must be submitted with the application form: SSC Certificate; MBBS Certificate; Final professional MBBS mark sheet; Registration certificate of BMDC; Internship Certificate; 3 copies photo; Money Receipt of application form; Bank Draft.

Admission test fee amount Tk.1000/-(non-refundable) by pay bank draft or pay order to Principal, MAG Osmani Medical College application submission time.

There will be reserved seat according to Govt. policy.One candidate must not apply in more than one subject. Incomplete application should be rejected.

Govt. candidates under Health Ministry cannot apply for deputation if his/her age is 45.

Admission test fee, admission fee, monthly tuition fee is mentioned in the application fee. The fee is changeable by Govt. order.
